2. Can I request a change to my embroidery color?
Yes! If you’d like a specific embroidery color other than what’s shown on the website, please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. We may not be able to fulfill every request, but we’ll certainly try our best.
3. What is the estimated shipping time for my order?
Each item in our shop is embroidered to order, so please allow 2-3 weeks for completion and shipping. This timeline allows us to offer a variety of designs and manage inventory efficiently, ensuring quality with every piece.
4. What brand are the hoodies and crewnecks? What size should I order?

5. Do you accept custom embroidery orders?
It depends! If you have a specific design or customization in mind, please reach out to jj@nomoredaydreams.com with the details. We’ll be happy to discuss your project and provide a quote.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
Since each piece is made to order, please contact us within 48 hours if you need to make any changes or cancellations. After that, we may have already started the production process.

8. How should I care for my embroidered items?
To keep your embroidered items looking their best, we recommend washing them inside out in cold water and air drying. Avoid direct ironing on the embroidery to maintain its quality. For hoodies, tie the drawstrings in a bow before washing to prevent them from getting tangled or pulled out.
